Dhillon is an Asian-born, Arab-bred Singaporean who has resided in the Middle East for over half his life, bringing a rare global perspective anchored by strong technical discipline. Raised within a construction family with multi-decade industry roots, he was exposed to the realities of the built environment from an early age. Construction is not an acquired profession for him, it is embedded in his foundation.
He built his career from the ground up, learning the ropes firsthand, beginning as a project executive and progressing through multiple disciplines of the industry. His professional journey spans multiple facets of construction, from a specialist trade Project Manager involved in large-scale national developments such as the Woodlands Health Campus and the Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel, to design and build event execution as a Project Manager for the Formula 1, Singapore Grand Prix, and further went on to assume the role of full-turnkey Project Manager, commanding and driving the successful delivery of complex construction projects from inception to completion. This breadth of exposure has forged him into a multidisciplined tradesman who understands construction not only strategically, but operationally, technically, and commercially.
Committed to continuous advancement beyond his formal degree, Dhillon has pursued advanced professional education in contract law, structural engineering, and public policy analysis. These studies were intentionally curated to complement one another, strengthening his ability to operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, legal accountability, and technical execution.
His academic arc reflects a deliberate, strategic investment in multidisciplinary proficiency. By integrating business acumen with legal literacy and engineering awareness, Dhillon has built an academic foundation that supports high-level decision-making, corporate governance, and technical project oversight.
Today, Under Dhillon’s stewardship, SilverSeal D&C and its member companies including Sin Teik Engineering operate with unified strategic direction and disciplined execution.
